connect camera to image acquisition tool

I had optronis camera connect through KAYA frame grabber to my computer. I try to take photo with image acquisition toolbox. I had the adapter of the KAYA frame grabber and the Matlab give me access to the camera Values. (like expose time and frame rate) But when i try to take snap. i got problem with my ROI, and warning that i may need to set alot of my camera Values Do i need more adapter? Some one know way to solve the problem? Thank you very much!
