Request for help in Code for Balancing the Matrix

Hi Guys,
I need help in running the GRAS code, the GRAS methodology is to balance the Matrix but I am facing very serious difficluty. I have attach the code and excel files. Kindly guide me further. Quick response will be highly appreciated!!
