How can I convert signed/unsigned Integer into binary converter in simulink ?

Hi, I am using integer to bit converter in simulink with my ADC sampler value . but it shows an error that

" Error in port widths or dimensions. Output port 1 of 'ADC_ch2_DM/ADC1 ' is a matrix with a maximum size of [1x10000]

it's defiantly something wrong in dimension with my custom created MATLAB function block. The output is single scaler value on every edge of clock. How can this error be fixed? I attach the design.
