Multiple linear interpolation in matlab

Hi I have a data file which is arranged in a fashion XYXYXY, I want to interpolate the data linearly in one go. Now the raw files have a different number of points (1500-1510) and I want to interpolate each column to 1000 points (probably). How could I go ahead with this, I have also 2 header rows
