Convert .p to .m

I have .p files and i want them in the .m ..

This is not possible. The whole purpose of p code is that you can't get the plain text version.

No I want mathworks to convert those files..

because I don't have the .m files because they are deleted by mistake.

This is why you should using a versioning system, with backups. If you use a recent Windows version you can check the folder's "Previous Versions" history and restore the deleted files. There are also tools to find deleted files.
You might be able to ask TMW to help, but I wouldn't hold my breath on it.
