Import .csv file using simulink, reading the entry and storing in variable and update the variable with new entry every 0.1s

I have attached csv which has multiple rows and columns.

I need to read value from .csv file attached for example Latitude and store in a variable "lat", the value of lat needs to be upated with new entry of file every 0.1s.

Hi,

you could use the from file block in Simulink. The attached .mat-file contains your data converted to a timeseries object, which is proper to use it in this block. To learn more read about date and time, timeseries and think about how to convert your time stamp to a datetime.
