is there any way to convert milliseconds to hh:mm:ss.FFF.

Like, 60,000 milliseconds is hh:mm:ss.SSSS 00:00:60.000

I would like to rephrase it,

MilliSeconds is in uint32 class. I would like to convert this time to hh:mm:ss.FFF format
