2016a Runtime Error: gcs.override.csv does not exist

I use matlab compiler to make executable code from my matlab functions and call the executable inside a python script in a QGis application. The matlab code opens a .tif file using geotiffread. In one specific computer of mine, it fails with the following error.

Edit 1: after digging the path, i found out that projdata is empty :(

Edit 2: In another computer of mine (Windows 10), it accused the same error. In this time, however, there was no projdata folder.

Please help.
