Assignment of Matlab to a specific user

Is it hard to assign Matlab to an different user?

The answer probably depends on what type of license you have.

Guillaume, Thank you for the response. The license is tied to Arduino Enginnering Kits. It includes Matlab and Simulink. The software is titled Matlab R2018b- sponsored education use. Does that help?
