mcc does not work [LINUX]

HI,
My problem is as below,
I downloaed Matlab runtime 2018b and extracted it to /home01/x1741a03/local/MATLAB, and installed it. Until then, everything looked fine.
But, as typing mcc in the terminal, nothing comes up.
Please help me.
