I am using matlab 2018b. I created my library but I didn't find that down arrow.

The “Look under badge” does not appear if the library is locked, or its "LockLinksToLibrary" property is set to 'On'. Try unlocking your library and the look under mask arrow might appear.

You can manually unlock your library by opening it and in the bottom left corner there will be a lock icon. Try unlocking the library by clicking on the icon and this might make the "look under mask: badge visible.

There is an unsupported block parameter called 'MaskHideContents' that can have the values 'on' and 'off'.
So to hide the implementation for the currently selected masked block you execute:
>> set_param(gcb,'MaskHideContents','on')
Hope this helps
