Is it possible to apply a low pass filter to a data matrix? If so, how?
I have, for example, a matrix M (527x15). I take the first column of this matrix C=M(:,1). And plot this column:
what can I do to smooth the signal?
I thought I was using a low pass filter. But I do not know how I can do it.
If I wanted to use other columns of the matrix, is it possible to apply the low pass filter to the entire matrix M?
Please help me

You can apply any filter to a matrix using the filtfilt (link) function to do the actual filtering.
From the documentation:
‘filtfilt operates along the first array dimension of x with size greater than 1.’
