Undefined function or variable 'wordEncoding'.

the function 'wordEncoding' is not working in matlab, although I have the "Text Analytics Toolbox" added to matlab.

wordEncoding is available in Text Analytics Toolbox from R2018b. Could you confirm your MATLAB version?
