I am currently using MATLAB 2018a and I have installed the Deep Learning, Image Processing and Computer Vision toolboxes. When I try to use unetLayers I get the error message:
Undefined function or variable 'unetLayers'.
Is this because it is only available for MATLAB 2019a. I have tried to install the most recent MATLAB however, I got an error when downloading. I was wondering if anyone has experienced similar issues.

There's a note at the end of the documentation page for unetLayers that states that this function was "Introduced in R2018b".
If you're not able to successfully download release R2019a due to an error I recommend searching for the error message on Answers. If you can't find a solution, or if you find a solution that does not work, please contact Technical Support using the Contact Us link in the upper-right corner of this page and work with them to resolve the problem.
