Creating single layered image by overlapping sentinel-2 bands?

I have atmospherically corrected sentinel 2 images (LA2)
I am wondering how I can combine the 10m resoltuion bands into one image rather than indiviudal images - i.e. so the reflectance values at each pixel is a combinations as I have data from multispectral spectrometer (ground truthing) data to compare this with.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Erin

Hi,
If I understand well, you would like to create a mosaic of for example 2 Sentinel L2A images or just read all the spectral bands of a single L2A and create indexes (e.g NDVI), I need more clarification to help you
Best Regards,
Iskander
