how to classifiate satellite image with random forest??

My end of study project is obout classification of a satellite image Pléiade under matlab using Random forest classifier ,i'm blocked i need help how to slolve it .

I have the satellite image and the training plots (roi) treated on the arcgis software in tif format but I not understand how I want to start classification
