SimPowerSystems computed a negative equivalent resistance

hi there,

i want to simulate electricity-grids in simulink. for the branches i am using the pi section line model. i filled in the parameters one can find in standard literature. when i want to start a simulation there is an error massage saying

SimPowerSystems computed a negative equivalent resistance for the 'branch_(#1)_1_2/Pi_Section_Line_1' block. Please review the parameters you specified for this block to make sure they are realistic values.

any idea what to do?

Some blocks are deriving some parameters based on mask parameters. If the mask parameters are not realistic the derived parameters would not be realistic. In such a situation the advise is to check the documentation for a better overview about how the model is working, what are the assumptions and so on.
