3D Plot from xls

Hi all,
I am a new user of Matlab, I have a file .xlsx and I would like to plot a 3d graph of these data. Unfortunately I was not able to find a way to plot it. Can you help me?

There are 8 Columns and first element cell in exel file is blank. Plot vs ????

The first column are the seconds, the firs raw represents the coordinates in x and the other values are the kinetic energy

A = xlsread('Prova.xlsx');
t = A(2:end,1);
x = A(1,2:end);
Z = A(2:end,2:end);
surf(x,t,Z)
