hyperplane equation for svm

hello experts,

I want to know is there any way i can find the hyperplane equation in svm..

I am working on a binary classification problem, i want to find the equation of hyperplane that can devide two classes in n dimension(where dimensions would be the parameters/features used in the traing data).

or is there any way i can find the parameter/feature that is majorly responsible for the classification between two classes in svm.

i would be highly thankful, kindly help me.
