Combining energy vector with a vector of modulation schemes

Hi , i have multiple modulation scheme choices and vector of energy , i want to find a way to could let me test every energy vector with a different modulation scheme , ama save the best result to use it in the rest of the algorithm(GeneticAlgorithm).
