The PI Controller shown in the 1st figure is used in the 2nd figure to simulate a model of PID heat exchanger controller.
ERRORS:
Error in port widths or dimensions. Output port 1 of 'Paper2/Transport Delay HE' is a one dimensional vector with 2 elements.
and
Error in port widths or dimensions. Invalid dimension has been specified for input port 1 of 'Paper2/Heat Exchanger'.
How can I remove these errors?

The Outport block "Out1" in "PI Controller" is connected to a BusCreator (or Mux) block. It contains two signals. That might be a mistake. Try to connect "Out1" to the output of block "Control Valve".

Thank you Fangjun Jiang. But the same error is persisting even after connecting "Out1" to the output of block "Control Valve"

All your signals seem to be scalar so the dimension should be 1. Update your model and start from the first place where the dimension shows 2.
