How to mesh a structure to get node and coordinate files?

Hi everyone,
I am a starter in learning FEM (Analysis of structrures). Recently, I work on some structures like following pictures
I would like to mesh and get the "node and coordinate file" in order to use in MATLAB. So, Does everyone show me which tool to do this effectively?

Have u used abaqus ? If u make such a structure in abaqus it will give u nodes and elements connectivity . Make this in part and mesh it and then write .inp.file from.job . And.open the .inp file ...so using that connectivity u can plot it in matlab
