matlab setup do not open

matlab setup hang on after clicking yes on "do you allow this app to make changes.... then nothing happen?

And? Did you allow the setup to make changes? How long did you wait? Was a download running in the background?

after clicking yes nothing occurs ....no, i was not downloading any thing .....i searched in task manager in details section and could not find any thing
