ask to change input values and derive a new matrix

1 view (last 30 days)
I have W, and I want to be asked if I want to change any of the numbers in W(1,1), W(2,1), W(3,1), and W(4,1).
W =
[2;
3;
4;
2;];
If let say, I've been asked to change them, I would like to input W(1,1) = 1, W(2,1) =2, W(3,1)=3, and W(4,1)=4.
and my new W will have the following values
W=
[1;
2;
3;
4;];

I was blind sided in your previous question (because some of your questions were a bit advanced), but you seem to be asking the basic questions in MATLAB. I suggest you to read one of my favourite articles:
and when you have a doubt about a certain function for instance sub2ind() go to command window and type
doc sub2ind
help sub2ind

Ah yes, it has been a while since I last used matlab,hence, you get a range of questions. I have another question, and was wondering you can help? https://uk.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/475547-list-combinations-and-count-how-many-it-appears
