Shifting the surf plot horrizontally

Hey, so I have X, Y and Velocity (Z) and I plot a surf plot using the following code but I want the middle point to be at 0. Can someone help me with this.

t =min(X); t2=max(X);

h=min(Y); h2=max(Y);

[xq,yq]=meshgrid(t:0.1:t2,h:0.1:h2);

vq=griddata(X,Y,velu,xq,yq,'cubic');

figure()

surf(xq,yq,vq)

shading interp
