creating a table (different dimension)

I'm struggling with the table. I'm looking to draw 4*4 table with style as given below, however, I'm facing trouble with that. Moreover, If I have add a row or column then what should I have to do then. I'm sorry for basic question.

If you haven't solved this yet, please provide more info. What do you mean you want to draw the table? Does the table already exist? Is it a table of char arrays?
