Hi, I have an Academic license account on Mathwotks. I'm used to install Matlab software on my Macintosh (iMac 27 on OS X 10.4.6, my primary computer) and also on a Parallels VM on Windows 10, in same computer. I try to install recent R2019b on both and all it's OK on Windows VM but, trying on my Mac, at Log in phase, I give the same Email address and Pasword as for the Windows installation I do some minutes ago but instead I have an "Error 697: Invalid Username or Pasword".
Believe me, it's not the first time I have that problem, I had several times changed my pasword in the past because ot that, like when I installed R2019a some months ago ... and I just change again my pasword but no succès !
Please, do you know what it's happened, it's there aknown problem with installing on MacOS ?
Best regards,
Carlos Mejia
