Incorrect CDL/TDL modeling in 5G toolbox and LTE toolbox

For the coordinate system in which the antenna array panel is located, the description in 7.3 antenna modelling of TS38.901 is as follows:
- Antenna numbering on the panel illustrated in Figure 7.3-1 assumes observation of the antenna array from the front (with x-axis pointing towards broad-side and increasing y-coordinate for increasing column number).
From the above description of "x-axis pointing towards broad-side and increasing y-coordinate for increasing column number", it can be determined that the antenna array panel should be located in yoz coordinate plane because broad-side is the normal direction of the antenna panel and x-axis points towards broad-side. The statement that broad-side is the normal direction of the antenna panel is based on the figure 5.2 in TS25.996. However, CDL channel model in 5G toolbox and LTE toolbox models the antenna array panel in xoy coordinate plane where the coordinates of every an antenna element are calculated. As a result, the generated CDL channel coefficents are fully incorrect.
