I have a 3×3 matrix and I have to multiply it to a 3×1 cell having matrices of dimensions 600×600. Kindly help me in doing so.

Guessing at what you want:
nB = [reshape(B{1},1,[]); reshape(B{2},1,[]); reshape(B{3},1,[]);
CB = C * nB; %this will give 3 x 3600
out{1} = reshape(CB(1,:),600,600);
out{2} = reshape(CB(2,:),600,600);
out{3} = reshape(CB(3,:)600,600);

Unfortunately it is not working.. giving a message like this; " CB = c3inv * nB; %this will give 3 x 3600
Error: The expression to the left of the equals sign is not a valid target for an assignment."
