Defining Simulink block parameters which are dependent on a signal value in Simulink

I would like to define one of the parameters of a block in simulink as a function of the value of a signal in simulink. For example, suppose that I want to define the amplitude of a Sine wave as the RMS value of a random signal. How can I do that?
