how I speed up network coding?

I have code about random linear network coding this code read image, encoding and send it across the network, the intermediate nodes recode image and send it .the final node receives the image and decoding it. I want to speed up this code because take much time .

Edit your question so that your code is formatted (use the [>] button in the 'code' section of the edit window).
Also, provide a mat file containing all relevant variables so we can very easily run your code.

I've formatted the code and removed the superfluous semicolon in end;
How does this question differ from your previous question, How can I speedup this code ? ?
