Model not assembled: position violation...How can I Solve Error this error ?

Hi ....Please, i need some help. When i tried to simulate my "model" an error appears... i think it's probably about Cylindrical joint..but even if i use "Rigid Transform" the problem is not resolved...please, could you tell me what's wrong ?
