how to convert radial axis of polar plot in percentage??

I have used following code (please find the attached image)

Please find the attached image
I want on radial axis in percentage but it is in showing between 0 to 1.

I have used following code to get it.
ax1.RTickLabel = compose('%2.0f%%', RT*100);
