I want to read a text file from a folder and i want to play them

Hello.
I want to make a program where I select a number and read my .txt file. For exemple, if I enter the number "n" in command windows, it will read my n.txt file.
The text of the files will be in a folder and I want to automatically select the program the text file based on the number entered.
