I am installing Matlab R2020a, License No. 40888281, PNG University of Technology but came to the section "Select destination folder" and could not continue, giving me a download error - "Unable to retrive products".
I tried going through the "MATLAB Answer" but could not find an answer so seeking your assistance and advvise to continue and complete my installation.
I thank you very much.

Hi,
It looks like you are trying to install matlab 2020 without selecting any checkbox and thus it is unable to retrieve any product.
Tick right the checkbox corresponding the product and simulink add on products if you want to have that.
Here is link you can see in order to get insight of the dialog box:
Alternatively,
Try putting it in some other destination folder from the following steps.
1. Open the command prompt (You can find it by typing 'cmd' from the start menu).
2. Type the command 'd:' to change the current directory to D drive
3. Type the command 'cd D:\the address of the folder needed to install matlab products' to go to specific directory.
4. Type the command 'setup -downloadFolder D:\the address of the folder where you want to install' to setup the default destination to install.
Hope this helps.
