SLX file-problem in Clearcase Dynamic views

We are currently testing the 2012b-version (64bit) and face problems when we try to save the model in the default slx-format. The bak-file is created (as always) but not deleted and the changes you have made are not saved. Our view-server is a Windows2008R2. On another site we use HP-unix, and they have no problem. When creating a dummy-slx-file with notepad, it works fine. Its only when you want to save changes with Simulink. Copying slx-files with Win-explorer or in Matlab works fine. Using ordinary file-servers or a folder-share on the same clearcase-view-server also works fine. Snapshot-views work fine. If anybody has an idea it would be great. (Mathorks Support are still investigating...)

We found out now that this was due to a problem in the used Clearcase client version. Upgrade to version 7.1.2.13 fixed this problem.
