How can we add Parameter information in s-function generated using legacy_code() ?

How can we add Parameter information in s-function generated using legacy_code() command of matlab.
As available in demo example of matlab sfun_runtime1.c,sfun_runtime2.c,sfun_runtime3.c parameter are present in generated sfunction.
