You need to get a current license file. Are you able to go to the Mathworks website to download one?

Your MATLAB has expired. You need to obtain a new license.
If you are a student at a university that supplies licenses then get a new activation from them.
If you have IT people who manage your licenses then get a new license from them.
If there is an individual license you may need to pay Mathworks for a new license. You might be able to back-pay support instead of buying a whole new license. But probably not... the error message would be different for perpetual licenses.
