Simulink Onramp doesn't start

I have done 40% of Simulink Onramp, but as of yesterday I can not start the Simulink Onramp to continue the course.
Matlab works fine, Simulink as well. When I try to open Simulink Onramp, a new window with the header "Simulink Onramp" opens but the rest of the window is empty. No assignment, no video no text.
(I'm using Matlab R2019a)
Am I the only one having this issue? What can I do to resolve, please help. Restarting computer, restarting and logging out and in of matlab etc doesn't help.

I have the same problem. Also with R2019a...
Same problem
Technical support got back to me and I can now confirm that the issue is due to a problem on their end. They wrote "The development team is aware of this issue and they are working on it, however it is hard to guess the timeline for this."
The issue affects only MATLAB R2019a and R2019b. Therefore, an option right now is to upgrade to MATLAB R2020a.
Hope this helps others havings the same issue.

For this issue you can contact MathWorks Technical Support . They can help you in better way.
Sometimes this probelm can be solved after login to your MathWorks account or update the Matlab R2019a to R2019b.
