How to open a file in Windows 10 partition from Matlab in Linux

I have a dual-boot of linux and windows 10.
I went through the steps

to mount windows 10 partition.
Now I can open a file in this Windows 10 partition using a linux app such as LibreOfficeCalc. But I would like to understand how to open a file in the Windows 10 partition using Matlab in Linux.
