Phase shift degree between 2 waveform

Hi, I have 2 waveform in separate vectors of [1x4000]. The waveform is simply a 40kHz sine wave with different amplitude and phase. Having 1 wave as the reference, I am comparing for the amount of phase shift and amplitude differences.

Is there any way I can find out the amount of phase shift in degree?

Thanks Rick. At the moment I'm trying to figure out the 'maxlags' value, how can I know what is my lag range? A high enough number will do?
