how to train neural network?

I did neural network training, but why every time I run the program get different results? while the data and the number of hidden layers that I use are the same. sometimes it can be 6 iterations sometimes also 12 iterations? can you help me, please ?

The result are always different because every time you train the initial weights are randomly choosen

You should read atleast basics of NN, run few examples given feel confident and then use it for your problem. It is not advisable to use any method/ tool withour thorough understanding.
