passing data into another gui figure window using guide

My prob is -- i have two figure in matlab gui using guide . In the first figure there are one textbox & one pushbutton. In the second figure i have a textbox. when i am running first figure i am typing text in textbox, After pressing pushbutton of the first figure i want to open second figure & want to put the textbox value of the first figure to the second figure textbox automatically. when the second figure is open, i want to close the first figure automatically. How i will do that. I am using Guide. plz help me as soon as possible.
