How to programmatically get the Data cursor value in Simulink Data Inspector

2 views (last 30 days)
Is there a way to programmatically get the Data cursor value of X axis in Simulink Data Inspector.
When we chose one Data cursor in the Simulink Data Inspector, moving the Data cursor shows the X axis value of simulation time.
Is there a way to get the current Data cursor positon using script ?

It is my understanding that you are looking for the x-axis value of the enabled data-cursor on a Simulink Data Inspector subplot through a MATLAB API.
There is currently no API that can fetch the data-cursor value programmatically.
Please refer to Inspect and Analyze Simulation Results — Functions documentation for more information on the available Simulink APIs.

Hi,
The ability to programitically get cursor positions in Simulation Data Inspector is now available R2021a onwards.
Here is the link to the documentation -
Thanks,
Arvind
