trapezoidal signal down and upsample

I have a periodic trapezoidal signal and I want to upsample and downsample my signal, what would be the best solution here. And how can I plot it?

Have a look at the upsample and downsample functions.

If you would prefer to not have 0s, you can try using the interp1 function.
