How can I make the Matlab simulation floating point platform to a real target?

When I did the simulation and implementation process in Matlab, and then I need to present it in real product.
For example: I using signal processing simulation tool in Matlab, and then I testing the real circuit using equipment.
How can I move from a Matlab floating point platform to a real target?
