Unable to find the 'cuBLAS' library. Update the '.bashrc' script on the target to setup the 'LD_LIBRARY_PATH' environment variable.
I don't know where I can find it.
If you look at the vim environment now,
LD_LIBRARY_PATH= "/usr/local/coda/lib64".
Is there a Linux command that can check the cuBLAS file installation?

From your home directory open .bashrc file (> vim .bashrc) and add the following bold line:
case $- in
*i*) ;;
*)
export PATH=${PATH}:/usr/local/cuda-10.2/bin
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=${LD_LIBRARY_PATH}:/usr/local/cuda-10.2/lib64
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=${LD_LIBRARY_PATH}:/usr/lib/aarch64-linux-gnu
return;;
esac
