Write a function to do geometric transformation using reverse transformation for translation of 45.2 pixels for rows and 134.8 pixels for columns. (DO NOT use MATLAB build-in function imwarp, imtranslate) using your own codes. Nearest neighbor interpolation (CSC4260) or 1st order bi-linear interpolation (CSC6260) is used, and white background filling is used for regions outside the image
