Using stairs to plot 2 functions

Hi all,

This is my first message so I take the opportunity to saludate all of you.

I am new with MATLAB so maybe its a very simple question, anyway I cant find the solution by myself.

I want to represent two functions in the same plot using stair command

I mean, instead of plotting with, for example

plot(t,avg,t,v);

I want to use stair command but no way to do it,

stair(t,avg,t,v) is not working

any help?
