Solving Longitudinal Stability Differential Equations

Please guide me how to plot the response of these kind of equations on MATLAB. These are actually coupled first order differential equations. I know it will generate following sort of graphs. But i dont know how to do it. Please tell me what code, what steps are to be used to plot these. do we need initial conditions as well? Please give me some code, that i just need to put initial conditions to find response of this system. These equations are related to the Longitudnal dynamics stability analysis of aircraft.

Use the matrix exponential expm function, and use a for loop to iterate through the appropriate times. Use the linspace function to create the appropriate time vector.
